  Hello Jennie, hard to accept that July is almost over! I hope you're settling in to your holiday time nicely, and good to hear that your extreme heat has passed for now. I'm enjoying a quiet routine at the moment, lots of time on the deck - it's always lovely to have meals outside, and doing work in the studio. We're also going to an exercise class over the summer for stronger bones and good mobility. The instructor is a lovely woman who keeps us all motivated. Hope you have a lovely weekend xox
