ZPM with a seed...ty
It's been a very nice day,  sunny but quite breezy and cool. I stopped by the pharmacy to check on my prescriptions and ended up getting a Covid shot and arranging to meet with the pharmacist next week to discuss my pills and vitamins and get my flu shot. They run through everything to make sure it's all compatible and discuss the best times for taking each one.
I'm borderline anemic so am trying the natural way of increasing Fibre and iron.
After leaving the pharmacy I shopped, cane home, had lunch and did some stuff around here. Tomorrow I hope to plant the daffodil bulbs.
