You got some great things at the market. I've not heard of Guacsalsa, is this the vendor's own product ? I did lots of little jobs today but I had a scare, my fault it happened. I put bacon in the oven to cook, set the timer, went outside and came back in to smoke coming from the oven. I immediately shut the oven off, turned on the fan on the range hood and opened the oven and smoked poured out. I threw open windows and doors but the strange thing was the smoke alarm did not go off and I know it's working. And the timer still had a couple of minutes to go. Anyway all was good but it scared me for a second.
