hi lovely thank you for the bunny, im so pleased you have got new ear phones and you can hear better, i think mine should be free when i go for them, im not sure how ive hurt my arm but its getting worse i know i havnt knocked it, ive got an app on monday to dee a doctor this time about it, i saw the nurse today she was nice and she has let me have xtra pills to help as ive not got many left, i will catch you tomorrow as im getting ready for bed now, so look after yourself and big hugs xoxoxoxoxo

That's great Nancy that your new hearing aid is doing it's job.  I know eventually I'll be needing them.  Oh the joys of getting old. (Not) I've been working outside doing all kinds of things.  The sun is out and it's warm enough to wear shorts/t-shirt.  No sweater or jacket for me.  I'm heading back out to enjoy it.  Inside stuff is going to have to wait.  Thank you for the hare xx
