Hello Pat, TY for the Griffin. I know all about inefficient governments. Here in Victoria they simply have NO IDEA. The Commonwealth Games going to Scotland and we are basically paying for it because we put our hand up and then cancelled due to costs? Madness. I am about to go to bed now.
