Godness it sounds awful ,hop he's feeling better now they found the problem .Im am annoyed ,my son booked our holiday in Spain with a bus company on line .He told them our tames but they never asked to spell them and now we see hes got Jocelyn name wrong and even though its there fault we have to pay 25 pound
he is going to ring them monday but if they charde us i am going to contack that thing on tv that sorts out travel issues ,it is not the money as £25 is not a big amount it just makes me angry they are so money grabing .
