Hello Pat, TY for the Prairie dog. Last Wednesday as I was getting out of bed I cricked my back. It was so painful. The pain continued and I had trouble sleeping. Every time I turned the pain was almost unbearable. On Saturday night as I tossed and turned with the pain I decided that I had to get medical help. I finally fell into a deep sleep near dawn. Now my usual habit is to wake with the sunrise and my cat, Mungo is snuggled next to me waiting for me to wake up. On the rare occaision that I sleep in he has a habit of getting onto a bed side table and leap onto me to wake me. He needs to go out and toilet as he does not like using the kitty litter. Sunday morning I finally fell into a deep sleep ignoring the sun rise. I was on my stomach when Mungo leapt onto my back to wake me. I growled at him. So he made a second leap onto my back as he does. This time I got out of bed and let him out of bed muttering and tended to his needs. Ten went o te coffee shop came home and did some gardening and suddenly realised that I no longer had back pain. It seems that Mungo had leapt onto the exact spot on my spine and pushed it back into shape. Weird I know! However my back has been fine ever since. So that is my strange back story. Enjoy your day.
