hope you enjoyed your afternoon with friend, nice to catch up, over coffee and cake , I had my first part of Shingles Jab yesterday I decided with Margot getting Chicken pox, my nerves are bad enough now with sensation ill try and minimise the risk of getting Shingles.I feel fine but my Arm is so sore today, never mind not much planned till James gets in from work, Shopping and getting scripts then Fish and chip Supper, suits me haha hope the family are all well Lovely you take care xxxxxx
