                 hi Susan. The cool weather caused a major body flareup. I'm good now but that was painful. Saw my doctor today about arthritis hand pain. He said that pain meds are all that can be offered for the hands. I can handle it. I use Volterin gel and heat and ice on  them. Take care. Hugs.
