Ty for spotting the grey squirrel Marlies. Feeling much better thanks, pain is almost non existent and not feeling as exhausted. So getting back to normal little by little. Yes, the heat is dreadful. I’m not a heat lover. It’s not even the high temps but the humidity just does me in. Hopefully it lets up a bit. Have a lovely evening x
