Mallard ty... Oh I don't envy you.. I hate work being done.. The whole house is disruptive.. We managed to get a slot for the tip today.. Trying to get the garage cleared of my lots things. I can't look at it all.. They put things in, and say.. Get them later.. Like 2 years.. Can't move for things.. Lol ahh I could scream... No more water.. It was a nightmare...i need to start decorating.. Now you can't get anyone to do it..... Yes you would be better getting the carpet down n before, you taje the bookcase up.. Good luck with that lol.. Oh know how you feel.. What started off as a simple job.. Nearly flooded us.. It was the over flow in the toilet.  Needed a new part.. I had plenty of washing.. All the towels to mop up the water.. It's everywhere that's a mess ahhh.. Glad your decorating is finished... Xxx🎀
