This afternoon I visited Auntie that is after I'd cut the grass and we had a long chat. She'd been clearing a store cupboard and said she'd felt so well she'd decided to get on with it, but like you she did too much and had back pain by the time I got there. I made us tea and got her sit down for a couple of hours, which did her good. Still it was nice to think she had been feeling so good, she made me feel guilty as I've lots of cupboards I could sort. LOLOL

I had a long phone call from Maggie who's just come back from a coach holiday in Scotland with her hubby. It didn't go so well, he's a bit of a moaner and didn't have a lot of leg room on the coach, fortunately there was an empty seat behind them so he sat there. She said I might as well have gone alone. It was the same company we'd used a few times in the past but she said it was no where near as good as it once was and on the last morning they'd had a power cut at the hotel so had to pack their luggage by the light of their phones. She said there were no showers, no breakfasts, no teas or coffees and also the toilets wouldn't flush. OMG it sounds awful. She said they didn't even give them bottled water or orange juice even though there was a bar at the hotel. All they wanted was for the guests to get on the coaches and leave. We'd talked about us going, I'm so glad I'd declined this time and hubby went instead, Oops I wonder if he's speaking to me. lol

Hi Janet, you should have Sandy by now, I hope the pick up went smoothly. I had Sheila on the phone for an hour and a half, one of the twins has been poorly and the doctor sent her to the hospital. All Anna knew was her temperature was 40, the trouble is little ones can go down so quickly. Anyway Anna and Eleana spent most of yesterday at the hospital and their Dad, Adam, came home from work to care for the other one, Eleora. Fortunately Eleana was allowed home last night and all they could say was it 'might' be a virus. They gave her antibiotics and said the other twin may come down with it and if Anna was worried to take them both back to the hospital. Sheila said they'd both slept well last night and seemed better today, but poor Sheila had been so worried, I just wished she'd called and I would have gone round to be with her. Fingers crossed Eleora will escape it, I don't think any of them want to go through that again.
