Sorry Randy hurt himself, I doubt he'll want to run about if he's in pain. Vets are difficult to get in to here too. When I took Tank to the vet close to me she said we're not taking on any pets at the moment. I had to go about 45 minutes out of town and I think they only saw me as it was an emergency. I don't think they would have taken him on as a permanent patient. I'm not sure where they think people will take their pets.

We saw all the snow on your east coast, I hope it stays there and doesn't come this way, we've been 57 today WOW it's almost summer, mind you it did rain this evening. It should be much the same tomorrow and Wednesday, like you said I can almost hear the weeds growing.

After I left Mark's I stopped by my friend Wendy who likes to have my old newspapers, she lines her rabbit hutch with them. I then went to the pharmacy, they'd received a new prescription for my tablets and this time I managed to get them which is just as well as I run out at the end of the week.

I tried to deliver some puzzles to the charity shop but they were closed. It's not my usual one so I'm wondering if they don't open Mondays, as it's a quieter day. I usually take my things to them as Bill helped there when he first retired and one day when we were chatting I said I had some excess puzzles and he asked if I'd take them there. I don't mind who has them as long as they do some good. I also take some to the hall but they have a huge pile, several of which I took.

Hi Janet as you see I have it back but my Microsoft still thinks it's never seen me before. Mark was very sweet and found another way for me to log in but when I got home and tried it I could get in, the problem was I usually play solitaire and found it keeps giving me hints like I've never played before it's so annoying. I'll take it back in the morning and see what he says. I would add he didn't charge me anything so I won't complain!

Before I went out I phoned the council about the street light that's not working and she said they'd been back to change the timer. I told her they might have but now it doesn't work at all. She's sending them back to sort it. Let's hope this time they get it right.
