Tomorrow I have Bill's son, Michael, his wife and mother in law coming in the afternoon so I'll tidy round and dash the vacuum over the floors.

I still have to take a pic of the puzzle but it was so dull when I got home the lights reflected so much so I'll try to remember tomorrow when it's daylight.

Our temps are still about 50 but it feels so cold, under 40, for the first time this winter I had my fur lined coat on. 

I'm not sure where Daryn is, he told me he was taking Kath to Portugal for a birthday treat at the end of this week. Yesterday her car was here but there's no sign of either car today so maybe they've gone, I hope it's warmer there than here.

Hi Janet the dental appointment was OK, it would be better if they didn't use that numbing stuff so when you talk afterwards it sounds so weird because your lips don't move properly. The work was fine and she filled another tooth at the same time and said if that filling broke or came out she'd do a free crown if it happened in the next 2 months, nice lady.

On the way home I stopped off and got some milk, bread and a few other bits and the day had just gone. It gets dark so early with sunset at almost half past 3, roll on the shortest day then I can tell myself the days are getting longer. lol

Tessa messaged to say would I like to go out Thursday night for a meal with the family but I'm seeing my brother and sister in law that evening and to be honest I don't want to drive out to where she lives as it's so dark without street lights and narrow roads. She's away then for a few days but I've suggested I see Sam if possible on Friday. I have a pile of gifts for them all but I can leave them at Sam's as they'll all be together on Christmas day.
