Morning Stephanie,  a beautiful day today. Im making a few casserole  for a friend whose dad past on the weekend.  One is called French onion,  made with ground beef, rice onions etc. The other one is curry broccoli chicken casserole. Another hot day here it was 31 yesterday & the same is forecast for today.
Have set the pool up for the children they are coming later on today for a couple of days , it’s whitsun week here which means the schools are off , so looking forward to spending some time with them .
