🦃🦃☀️🍪Sunday Sunny but chill with high of 54/13.  Allowed myself to sleep in till 10am! Now I must start the chores and bake the Sunday cookies. Yesterday I worked on the corner of the living roomt that stuff had piled in, and made a dent! Started knitting an elf hat with a few quirky things in the pattern that will be fun to try. I'm starting an Etsy shop for all my leftovers but it's a bit slow going at this time to set up. Have a great Sunday!

Happy Saturday! Happy to have work out of the way! Overcast and cold today but it's not very windy so that's nice! Have lots of crafty projects to work on but for now watching the serpent queen while the hubby naps. Have a great afternoon!   

Gifts for the spouse c an sometimes be hard- we tend to go ahead and buy the things we want or need as we have the money for them. Sometimes we just do little gift or we'll buy something bigger we've wanted but yes it would be odd to have nothing to open.

ieldHi Vivette. I have an electric sewing machine, but I don't use it because I'm anti-talent, I have neither imagination nor skill. I got the sewing machine from my aunt who was a remarkable seamstress. I would have loved to be able to make my own outfits, it would have been cheaper than buying them. But you are really talented, I've seen the things you've made and they look fabulous. You're right about the space, my living room was until recently full of useless things, but I threw away a lot of them. We have a habit of keeping things that we don't use anymore because who knows, one day they might be useful for something. Today was four weeks since my mother left and I was in a miserable mood. On top of that, it was also a bad, gray and damp day. I hate this season.
