Saturday evening sprinkles...

Sciatic nerve still a problem but it has eased over the last 24 hours...
The stomach cramping is still there but easier than yesterday...I have an idea that the problem is from a chocolate bar that I have had over the last few days...I have to be careful with certain food ingredients, sadly...one day...I will learn...🙁
