Happy Sunday Mary. I woke up feeling sick to my stomach. So I didn't go anywhere today. I did look up Starved Rock and holey moley, I would have gone there for sure! Its gorgeous! What a spot. I love places like that. They are great spots for solitude and restoration for your soul!

I hope your day is going great and that you are looking forward to your staycation. I bet you are. I guess we get everything set up for the roosters and then she will bring them to us. The guys have discussed this so I guess we leave it like that. It might take a few more days before they have it all figured out. I just stay out of it and let them make the decisions.
Its cool out and breezy, but sunny too so that's good. Got a good fire going this morning and its keeping the house nice and warm which is awesome. I'm gonna fry up some potatoes and think of something good to go with them. Just something to perk up hubby to get him eating.
The nurse called today to ask how we did with the IV and happily we did just fine. She is gonna get us a pump so we don't have to worry about gravity and hanging it up. That will make it less stressful. And maybe have the drip a bit quicker so that he gets more of it. There was 1/4 of the bag left full when we stopped it.
