Happy Thursday Mary. Thank you most kindly for the chaffy! So I got home a little while ago. Doing my best to cool down. So flipping hot! Even with the rain and we got a few good showers. Short ones and then sun again. Made it more like a sauna. Carol picked up the tab cause I was getting phone calls from my doctor. So I guess I have to have blood work done again on Wed.
I bought a veggie chopper and Carol got a teapot. It was a fun visit. And nice to actually visiting our favourite shops too.
I hope things are good with you. That you are cool as a cucumber and nothing is ruffling your feathers! I got a new journal today. Everyone tells me I should be doing a journal. So I will do it.
I do have something to write every day. Back to the big city tomorrow. And I will be so happy to see the end of that appt. Not sure if I will do any shopping after. Depends on how I feel I guess. I don't really need much except juices and drinks. I am always so thirsty in this heat. During the long cold winter I long for summer, but this heat is insane! And not like most summers I remember.
