X hi Mary 👋  I just cannot get into football lol good luck watching it lol 😆 I like most sport but football and golf I just hate lol its another hot one here to but got a breeze now and again so not to bad I'm indoors anyway lol 😉 I'm watching a event they have here after Silverstone at goodwood all the racing comes together motorbikes plus lovely cars it's seems strange how f1 cars have changed so much over the years lol 😆 have a lovely chilled Sunday Mary  😀 x

❤️🤗 hope you're feeling better.  Panic attacks hit me out of the blue and are SCARY.  My first one ever happened while I was sleeping - I thought I was dying.  When the doctor told me it was just an anxiety attack, I was dumbfounded.  I always thought that was just something you said.  At least now I know what it is, still don't like them though.  Be kind to yourself and let it all wash away.

ERYNNE watered the Sunflower, and spotted a Summer White Mouse feeding on the Veggies!

RD TY The sun is back, after a nice cool day yesterday, went to the hospital to see my mum, she was uncomfortable in a chair, been sitting there since 8.00am, all the other ladies are allowed to stay in bed if they want, they had taken mum down for a C.T scan as she said her leg was still so very painful, Dr's have said that all the metal has shifted, which may mean another big op, so stressed out and worried, she has gone through so much since February, don't know how she will cope if it means that. Will hopefully know more Monday. Apart from the hospital visit had a quiet day, watched the match last night, England just scraped through, don't know what is planned for today, will take it as it comes x x Sorry to see you too are going through a bad anxiety patch, I totally understand as I'm just the same, it's dreadful x x
