Happy Saturday Mary. I finally got the old battery out and bought a new one. Came home installed it and it turned over but wouldn't keep running and now it won't even turn over. Did I flood it?? Just before that I went to bring a few things from the car into the house and I heard snorting. I could see thru the trees into the front yard and it was big and red. I thought maybe a large dog. So I trekked thru the bushes and tall grass only to find a doe. She was pounding her feet and moving back and forth. She was so upset. I tried talking to her in a calming voice and she wouldn't have it. So I looked to see what was going on. Turns out her fawn had gotten into the old garden. We had sheet metal as a border all around it. So I moved a panel and when the fawn saw me it panicked and jumped over on the other side. Meanwhile the doe had taken off and the baby went into the tall grass. I decided to make myself scarce as I was just contributing to the stress. But I don't know if the mother came back for her baby. I didn't hear any more noise from out front. Its times like this I miss Tj because he would have known what to do. Or handled it better. So I prayed about it. And I don't know what to do about the tractor now either. I think I just need to let it sit for a bit and then try it again. Or see if I can't get Logan over here tomorrow to get it going for me. I need to relax tonight. Church tomorrow and I'm ready for it! Take care Mary. Have a great night when you finally make it home! (((HUGS)))
