Happy Saturday Mary. Today it was coolish but the sun was out. Then suddenly rain. I took my time gathering up the trash and sat for a while to decide whether to go to the dump. And decided yes, I need to get rid of this stuff. So in a few minutes I will load up the car and head out. I harvested a bunch of swiss chard this morning so I will steam that and build a supper around it. Should be fun. I love how there is always some ready for me to eat.
Tomorrow is church. That will be nice. I have no plans for next week. Should be lots of things to keep me busy. I have to sort thru some items pertaining to taxes and property and I hate doing that. But if I take my time I find nothing much bothers me.
I bet your Mom is loving all those treats you come up with. And yes its wonderful to support your local merchants. I do that all the time. Mainly because going to the big city even though its only 40 minutes away is just no fun.

It's a wet weekend ahead with a temperature of 11° C & a rainfall warning in place
Got part of my closet boxed up last night. Took some clothes that no longer fit to be given away. Never realized how much space I actually have until I started boxing up
Axle is going to have to get used to going into the hallway instead of the balcony but he's not going to be moved to the new place until I get some of the smaller items moved
