Ty for spotting the mouse. I missed Survivor last night. Watched the new season or 2 episodes of The Boys. Thought I would watch Survivor this morning but it’s still showing last weeks 3 tribals. Guess it will be on later today. I’m not sure if the winner was the one with the hurt knee. I was surprised that Polly had them extract her since she got a good island.

Good Morning !!!

ANOTHER HOT SUNNY DAY, STILL FEELING REALLY POORLY, I HAVE A NASTY FLARE UP OF IBS WHICK TRIGGERS MY ANXIETY, HAD SUCH A BAD DAY YESTERDAY, FELT SO SICK, I WENT BACK TO BED FOR ALL AFTERNOON, HAVEN'T BEEN UP TO SEE MY MUM FOR 3 DAYS AS I'VE FELT SO UNWELL, GOING TO SEE HOW I FEEL A BIT LATER ON, THERE WAS A HUGE FIRE IN OULTON BROAD LAST NIGHT ( 3 MILES FROM WHERE I LIVE ) IT DESTROYED THE NORTH RAILWAY STATION, STARTED IN AN INDIAN RESTAURANT :(
