I am home and relaxing Mary. Thank you most kindly for the fm! So Keeko cried all the way to the vet. But not as bad as she has in the past. I kept trying to reassure her and I know she believed me, but she was still nervous. She did great. Got her nails trimmed, and bloodwork done. And because she hasn't been drinking they injected some water under her skin to keep her hydrated. Years ago one of our other cats was doing poorly and it gave him a new lease on life to have that done. Gave him a few more years. So I hope this helps her too. She was very good according to the vet. And they will call me about her bloodwork. She was so calm on the way home. I had to stop in a couple of stores. And she seemed fine to be left in her crate in a cool car. Thank goodness for AC.
So I picked up a bunch of sauces for the banana splits. And I think I may try to make some sauces. Plus I bought the nuts for topping. I did forget whipped cream. So tomorrow I will just run into town and grab that and more cat food. I didn't have time to buy everything I wanted at the supermarket cause I couldn't leave Keeko for too long.
I guess a busy weekend isn't so bad. I sure hope you get a chance though to relax as much as you can.
Of course I started this and then got sidetracked so didn't post till now. Can you imagine?? LOL shocked face. (((HUGS)))
