Happy Thursday Mary. I have been busy today. I decided to make some hungarian goulash. Rudy used to make it and it was so good. I thought I would try my hand at it. Then realized I needed red pepper. So I ran into town to pay a bill and grab a pepper and fresh garlic. So I've been out in the kitchen chopping and mixing and peeling...well you know. Now that's in the oven I can relax for a few minutes. Then I will add the carrots and potatoes in 90 minutes.
I needed a new pair of shoes too. So I stopped at the thrift store. There are no shoe stores in town. I couldn't decide between 2 pairs so I bought them both haha. Made me happy anyway to grab those and rush back home.
I timed it just right so it will be ready by the time he gets home.
Hope your day was good. Its nice out here and not so hot. Sun's out and everybody seemed to be in a good mood.
Tonight at least you can relax with hubby home. Enjoy your night Mary (((Hugs)))
