Happy Saturday Mary. Hope you slept in. I did. Was kind of a groggy start to the day. Took me a while to actually wake up. Thank heavens for coffee or I'd still be in a fog. Its so nice out again today. My son ate his lunch outside and a squirrel out there was trying to talk him out of some of his corn chips. He was having salsa. It was hilarious. I know its amazing out and I hate to see this weather end!
I like the idea of flavoured coffees. Its a treat I want from time to time, so I think your plan is a good one. Having the cinnamon and vanilla.
I don't think I've ever made pumpkin cookies. But they would be so nice. I used to make a harvest cake that had pumpkin in it. It was awesome. So I will have to see if I can find a recipe. Thanks for the idea. I bet your grandmother's cookies were fabulous. What is it about grandmother's cookies? My grandmother made cookies that the kids on the street just loved! They were incredible and I've never been able to recreate them. But I can close my eyes and still taste them!
I think decorations are pretty and we've seen some amazing ones. But we are so far back from the road, no one would even see them so I just never bother. Everyone is different eh?
