Happy Tuesday Mary. I guess I've been pretty down the last few days. Its not like me to feel like this. So I guess I just have to get thru it. At least I can have a good cry and then do my chores. I won't stay down too long, it just has to run its course.
Went to bed early last night and had a good sleep, but nearly fell asleep in my chair when the doctor called to say everything was good. She worries about me. Makes me laugh. Anyway I don't have to do anything until Sunday. I texted Regena yesterday and told her she created a monster. I  had a hamburger bowl for supper last night and one for lunch today. They are so good and it seems to be what I really want to eat.
Its just a bit of hamburger, topped with tomatoes, onions, lettuce cheese and the sauce. And wow.
I just cook enough for one bowl. Then chop the veggies enough for one bowl and no left overs.
There's nothing wrong with chicken and potatoes. Its always good if you add carrots and nice spices to your chicken.
I really hope your day is going well. Its finally warm in here and I finally fed Keeko something she wanted to eat. She's so picky and she bugs me until I give her something she likes. It usually takes several cans before I hit on her favourite for the day! Have a good night Mary. (((HUGS)))
