Hi Lynne good afternoon sprinkle thank you for finding the Mouse . Hope you’re having a good week. I’m off into town shopping tomorrow afternoon with two friends for my first look at finding an outfit for Sam and Charly’s wedding in November. We have a few independent dress shops .I also phoned another independent dress shop who cater specifically for Mother of the Bride /Groom . It’s appointment only so complete individual attention - just waiting for them to get back to me . We thought we’d look now as hopefully Winter stock still in and maybe price reductions too . Charly has got her dress and her bridesmaids are wearing burgundy. Her Dad is having a suit made out of the Family Tartan . Charly is an exceptional organiser ….so everything is pretty much sorted . XX

Hi Lynne  Hope you make it to the better bones class on Wednesday. I am on calcium tablets and risedronate sodium tablets as I have low bone density. I was on steroids for polymyalgia for a year and they are bad for the bones.  Have to go back on them every now and then when it flares up. Your body will let you know when you are over doing things. So take it easy. Lovely sunny day. Just back from the dentist one filling x
