We always have leftover rotisserie chicken or roasted turkey.  I make them both into pot pies and then freeze for an easy dinner when I don't feel like cooking.  I'm gonna try my hand at beef ones...should be interesting.   Today was a lazy day, made a big breakfast and then caught up on a few shows we recorded but didn't have a chance to watch.  Anyway, enjoy your weekend....the cold comes back tonight/tomorrow....soup/stew weather for sure.  Love & hugs   xoxoxoxox
