Griffin thanks pat . Oh dear it has been a hot day again I don’t think I coukd have walked for an hour both ways you did very well . I’ve been lathered.most  of the day . Jan got in touch to say they’d be back on Tuesday so I’ve booked us a meal at our usual spot for 1 pm , they will make tracks for home afterwards . They’ve had a wonderful holiday done loads of walks , been on the beach and paddle boarding as well as the country shows . I fell asleep during emmerdale and only woke up just before ten but I needed it . Laying on top of the bed now . Night godbless . Wonder if we will sleep xx
