Meerkat thanks pat , oh dear you are in the wars , bet that was a part that didn't have a bruise but it will have now think your aiming for each part separately. Easily done though I’ve done it I’ve two big bruises on my arm with the burn where I walked into the  door I only need to rub against something and I bruise there’s a lady at art the same her arm was all bruised on Thursday I was convinced she’d fallen but she said only rubbed up against something , we’ve got thin skin . Just put my dinner on I’ve been speaking to my friend from Scotland she’s doing ok said shes 87 someone I used to work with , she lost her hubby at the beginning of the year . Have a good evening put that  leg up xx
