Hi Sue hope you had a good day well that pension thing in some bits interesting helpful but hell 3 hours was a little long! but 4pm finished boom no more work for 6 days!.
not sure how much more weight i want to lose want to get some more off want to be at best for knee op when i eventually get it!!
lunch with my friend tomorrow then go look out a small cake for mum as i wont eat any of it lol

Wednesday sprinkles after a very strange day yesterday...perhaps it was just me...no umphhh!
I could not get going....then couldn't sleep too well...today is better...I'm feeling very positive but on telling Murdo...he didn't seem too impressed 😸😸
He is still on the Range, snoozing and snoring 😆😆
