yeah not sure how Jake will do when i have my knee done my friend is going to sleep here for couple of nights to keep eye on mum while am in he will probably lay on him haha
well got my bits threw the hoover over was sweating and then did grab a granny nap this afternoon under the fan!!

Hope your day is going well and the heat is less intense. It's more bearable today with a welcome breeze.  I agree with about yesterday it was really oppressive heat exhausting good that you got out to the shops  for a change of scene I had felt similar needing to go but didn't manage it. I hope you found some air conditioning !

I had my hair done today it was better than I expected inside the hairdressers , he had the shutters down and the door open so it was surprisingly ok.I had been dreading going tbh! 

The decorator has been here today, she is a grafter. Back here on Monday.it's looking so.much better already !.
