Thats a good start Bert getting some plastic up some windows it all helps keep the heat in i remember as a kid waking up on a frosty morning and the ice was on the inside of the window's lolol used to write my name in it ...we didn't have central heating or double glazing xx I slept goid again so yes try a pkt of magnesium pills there cheap not expensive...there good for a women to take after the 'change" so worth a try as I slept better the last few days 5.35 I woke today so must be helping xx 😘 so your booked in for Thursday it will be a beautiful reminder of a beautiful boy xx not that you will ever forget him but nice to have him on you as he means the world to you xx 💙 xx well time to get my back side in gear and move so have a lovely day see you later pug hugs friend ❤ kisses for D xxx 🥰🤩
