Hi Michele...Well another weekend over and your all set for work again.  I had a quiet day again.  I have tried moving around a bit more.  Sitting a lot I know will help, but I need to move around a bit as I stiffen up if I don't.  Fingers crossed I will be on the road to recovery soon.  So you had some heavy rain well it will be kind to your plants and save you watering them. So that is something.  We had rain here today to on and off.  Not as heavy as yours though.  It's to get warmer again tomorrow here to as well.  Well hope you have a nice evening and sleep well for later xxx

Evening Michele, rain on and off all day. Dreading another heatwave, only just cooled the bedroom down.
Had a nice lunch and been sat on my backside ever since I got back lol.
