Got a slight headache now but home . When I was getting ready to go home we hit 42 inside . One more degree and then 15 minute break every hour comes into affect until under 43 .

Evening Michele, just taken Jonah home, feet up now for an hour or so before bed. We had a good downpour earlier, much needed. Glad you had another decent day at work and enjoyed a coffee with boss. I did front and back lawns and some ironing. Mum will be happy with her soaps tonight bless her. Night night sleep well xxxx

Hi Michele..well had a good day to.  It rained on and off all day.  But I am fine with that saves me watering the plants.  Glad you enjoyed your coffee break with your boss I know your always glad to see her.  I am so sorry to see that one of your nurses there due to MND.  It's a terrible disease she is right to leave now.  So sad. :( 
I did enjoy that muffin lol.  Went down fine with a nice cuppa.  I bet you wont be sorry to see the back of that jab.  Hard to believe you working off it now.  I bet you feel amazing.  Well taking about a cuppa as made me want one.  So going to put the kettle on.  Have a lovely evening xxxx

hi hun , yeah been a fab day ,wet morning ,but cleared by half ten ,,,cloud free all day ,still is ,that Riptide started last night , next episode tonight ,wasn`t bad , but have to watch the other three now LOL ,oh we have a cafe here in town run by special needs teenagers , supervised by adults and a coffee and a bacon roll, egg , sausage  £3,50 ,use it when i`m in town , staff are lovely ,and they try so hard ,,well its off to town lunch time tomorrow , M&S ,Iceland (his biscuits ) lol and Sports direct ,,,sleeveless vests lol have a cosy evening hun , and sleep well for later xxxxx
