Morning splash--This weather just gets worse--we now have the smoke from the forest fires arriving in Southern Ontarion to visit with this extreme heat.I guess it is here so I will just deal with it--have recycling to get down and should also water my balcony. I have such a load of the grape tomatoes that this morning I cut a bunch of them up added some chopped onion and fried them for my breakfast. I do enjoy fresh fried tomatoes with toast for my breakfast when they are abundant. No where to go today so will be in apartment and waiting for a nurse and really can't get anything done or even with the a/c blasting cold air I can break out in a sweat just think about work.I am always so worried about Sagwa in it but he seems to cope just fine and if I pet him his fur is really quite cool. Have a good day and hope it goes smoothly.

Morning Michele, the sun is just breaking  through here. I woke up later than I intended, did the school run, popped in Tesco and took Fig a walk. Just having a coffee now. Finger crossed for the consultant swap.

 Morning Michele...well I am ready to be collected here and head out with the girls.  It's still warm but sod it I will enjoy myself regardless. I have my hair up so that feels cooler.  Congrats on your weight loss your doing so well you should be proud.  You do deserve to get your knee done sooner as you say you have worked hard for it.  Have a lovely day xxx
