Evening Michele...yes I had a good day you sound tired tonight think you had a busy one even from home.  Glad your phone apt went ok I know you were waiting to get that sorted.  You have lost a lot of weight Michele your right you may have plateaued and may not go any further.  But I suspect you could get a little more off.  You will always get the odd week when you wont lose
weight.  You usually make up for it the following week, so maybe the week you will kick off again. 
I think all you can hope for regarding Lana is that they will see her true colours when your off Michele.  It will be interesting to see what happens.  I find when you get workers like Lana eventually her faults will show through.  So wait and see.  I see you got your Mum's walker sorted that is great she is all set now.  Have a good evening and sleep well when you go xxxx

mallard ty hun , at least busy went quickly hopefully , thats good mums walker is now operational , she said she was confined to barracks for now LOL dont lose too much weight it can make folk look gaunt , not a good look Michele ,at least the coffee was flowing well ,keeps the old caffeine shot going lol ,  was nice here , gardeners were here and the usual racket with mowers n strimmers n clippers going , but peace now reigns ,lol have a cosy evening and hope find summit to watch on telly ,just went through the schedule ,,crap , lol xxxxx
