Good night splash-- so faar not bad and had window and door open all day, But I have prepared for the heat the best I can. Cooked double chicken made salads and loads the fridge with water but ifc we are luky there is always a breeze arounf these building. All I have this week is the nurse so shouldn't be too bad.Was a long day even though I had my lunch and laid down on the chesterfield and dozed off for a bit--I am atiil tired so off to be I go and will see how the night goes( maybe I can fit in a shower before the nurse comes--don't have the okay but she has said any time I want to just take the stuff off and have a shower--but I put it off because I don't like showers,all I do is get wet and its a lot of work before and after. Have a good night and I hope a good day tomorrow.

hi Michele...well not a bad day definitely cooler at times.  So that was good sat out for a while this afternoon.  I see you all set for work again tomorrow.  My how quickly that comes around.  Footy on here again tonight so I will have to go to the living room if I want to watch something apart from that.  Good Luck trying to find something different lol.  Have a lovely evening and sleep well night night xxxx
