splashed-- It went well at the hospital and even though I got in in time it took over and hour to get it all done and then I had a bit of a wait for the taxi so I really didn't have much time in between, Did feed Sagwa and pet him for a bit and get to the bathroom then it was pretty well time to go down stairs. It was sort of a wacky  group today.When I came back up had to sit with Sagwa for a bit as he seemed to want my attention Now supper is done and of course he is occupying my bed and sound asleep. Glad at  least the chap did not end up back there is worse condition and hope that he can keep on that road for awhile until it becomes a habit. Have a good night.

The lightning wasn`t scary . It just woke me up and then a bathroom visit was mandatory . In turn I just tossed and turned until the last 1/2 hour . lol

Evening Michele, school runs went ok, had Roxy here though, she wasn’t feeling well, she’s had a cold for the last 2 weeks and had a sore throat, pharmacist said wasn’t bacterial and there’s a lot of nasty viruses around. Glad your chap got sorted and good Jake is doing ok.
I went to the cinema earlier this evening, nice to get my feet up lol. Hope you found something to watch, night night xxxx

Enjoy your evening hope Mum stays awake for her soaps haha, Docs went ok Thyroid is ok, cholesterol low on good and bad,  that’s something I have to sort because of my liver and this low fat regime I have Docs appointment in 2 weeks see what she says, BP perfect, Iam happy as I have dropped weight as well I knew I had,  Footy for me hope you can find something to watch Michele, it’s not normal TV haha Ram Thanknyou very much xx
