grey morning splosh ,sky is covered completely , no break in it ,,,sigh , we`ll see how that goes , yeah that goal weight wise is ridiculous ,yu dont need to lose any more , they always set outrageous levels ,,,doc keeps saying i`m borderline diabetic , but a niece works in scotland for a endocrinologist in Hairmyers hosp , he said they need to take everyone in an individual basis ,they want you below 5 mmol ,i float between 6/8 and dont have one symptom ,,plus its a known fact that no one likes visiting a doc and their blood sugar spikes ,,ican be as high as 9/10 . as soon as i get home i check after an hour , back down to 5/6ish ,, but they go by the blood sample they take from you ,its a battle with them ,,have a good day hun , hope its enjoyable , keep cosy xxxxx
