Morning splash--My morning moan-- we got snow,loads of it--usually it doesn't coming as far as the windows but only have a few little peek holes as the snow has stuck to and covered the windows(must have blown real good) Schools are all closed and from what I can see ,not much traffic and its not moving very well. No I did not sleep well last night--was awake most of it so probably will have to try for a nap.Hope you have a good day.

Good morning Michele...ty for the Robin.  Nice day here sun is shinning I bet it's cold out there though.  I am off to the Doctors this morning.  Just routine.  Might pop over to the Mall while I am out we well see.  I bet your still having to buy new stuff with all the weight that is falling off you.  What happens when you get to your target weight Michele.  Do you stop taking it or carry on??  You must be near your target soon?  Have a good day I hope it's keeps you going and your not bored.  Enjoy xxxx
