Morning splash--hedgehog ty. It is 19 and cloudy this morning with rain in the forecast if it doesn't go around us as usual. I am not going to even think about the vascular stuff--it is their turn to make the appointments so if they are no convenient then I won't be able to get there. Tea today ,yes, a big hope foe no overly noisy ones and a nice afternoon to catch up on stuff and maybe some gossip. Hi Michele...sunny here this morning and 17 degrees hope it stays that way.  So your at home today.  I would have loved to work from home but with my job it wasn't possible.  As a ward clerk for the ward it was very hands on and you needed to be there for all sorts of things.  So your very lucky you can do that.  Jake will be glad that's for sure lol.  I am glad you have a day off from Lana to if she is driving you nuts.  It's a nice reprieve.  Well done on the weight loss I can't get over it.  Over 5 stone well done you, you must be so thrilled. Congrats!!
I agree with you totally about my knee, it's like anything else when you have something wrong it always get worse at night after a day of going around.  Have to say I am always better first thing in the morning.  Have a great day xxx
