Morning Michele. I’m not as tired in the mornings now but taking ages to go to sleep so not having a full night of sleep. Could be the magnesium and B6 but also I have stopped taking my anti depressant meds as well so I have a fussy head and feeling giddy but I’ve got that with the cervical stenosis in my neck but have stopped them completely as should be weaning off them slowly hoping I’ve gone over the worst as no point taking them as not going to work anymore.  Got doctors in the morning to sort the rest of my meds and flu jab with the nurse. Have a good day. Xxxxx
