Hi Michele...awww I am sorry to read you woke in the early hours and couldn't get back to sleep.  I hate it when that happens .  You will be tired especially as you were feeling it already.  Hopefully tonight you will go out like a light and sleep well.  Yes I got my xray results back quickly.  So it's orthopaedics for me.  I guessed it might be.  It wont happen quickly that's for sure.  Hope you have an easy day especially as your tired.  You take care Michele..xxxx
