Afternoon Michele, I was outside with Fig at 3.45 she didn’t need the toilet, I think she just wanted to be outside lol. We did go back to bed and then I was late waking, so I took her straight out before it got hotter.
Wow well done on anther 3lb that’s a great loss! Well they’ve now extended the heat alert! we’re both just sitting here flagging lol, hope you’re keeping cool, new haircut will help xxxx

front and back doors wide ,like someone is blowing a dozen hairdryers through the house , 31c in the lounge , 36c outside ,,third glass of lime water and ice , at least yur hair will dry in two minutes , keep cool hun ,xxxx

Morning splash-- It is nice and sunny to begin the day but at some point there is rain moving in. But they keep saying that and we never get what is called for so I guess like everthing else it is a wait and see. Tea--maybe it will go but they haven't finished the reno on the social room or the lobby so maybe outside in the shade but who knowsd. Will try and go down and see seen as no nurse today(she phoned last night and no sense changing the coban until Fri.) i DO HAVE LOTS TO DO SEEN AS i HAVE BEEN AWAY SO OFTEN LATELY BUT WILL JUST GO AT IT SLOWLY AND SEE WHAT PROGRESS i CAN MAKE.
