splashed-- gecko ty I did get the laundry all done and put away and made it until a late lunch before things went sideways==first no bread so no sandwich for lunch,so I will have yogurt but the one in the frig is plain no nothing and I don't have anything to put in it as fruit is all frozen and I did not feel like strawberries, then the golf was a dud. Talk to Kevin and the rest of them on speaker phone and then finally my nurse about 2 hrs. late, Was going to have bacon and tomato on a hamburger bun for supper--I burnt the bacon black--so tomato on a bun is not very appetizing. I am done going to bed to read and comizerate with Sagwa(he listens well) Have a good night. Better days tomorrow

Wren ty Michele...glad you had a good day and was able to leave on time.  I know when you get stuck into some cases it could hold you back to get important stuff done.  I am not even going to mention Lana I still wonder why they keep her to be honest.  I imagine as your having this session for your knee to educate you on the do's and don'ts I should imagine It wont be to far off now.  Fingers crossed hey.  No BP tonight I am afraid to look to see what is on instead.  I just did and it's sod all :(  Just some crappy question time.  Got some drops for my eyes today and a spray so hoping the allergies will go away now.  How are you doing in that department?  Well I hope you have a great weekend and a restful one I think you need it.  Enjoy a lovely evening Michele...and sleep well for later xxxx
