morning Michele , 26c and its just 10 past seven ,going up to 36/38 so food shop at nine then hiding for the rest of the day ,maybe in the fridge lol ,hope yur day goes well ,not enjoying this extreme heat , but cant complain ,keep cool xxxxx and ta for the RD

Good night splash-- I was a good day today--not a lot done around here though. The nurse showed up at 9:30 so all good that way but I think my coban is a little tighter than snug, but not hurting and will come off tomorrow morning sp will just go with it. I had a lovely afternoon--grand-daughter who only live a couple of blocks away came over after work for a nice visit. Seen as the boyfriend lives down by Peterborough and he is allergic to her cats she goes down there every weekend and they now have her playing sitting volley ball. Off to bed shortly just to make sure I do wake up early as off to vascular surgeon --its early but then its done and over with and no more appointments this week. every weekend and I don't see her.

Hi Michele...ty for spotting and for the RD here.   Your trousers sound perfect for the summer months I bet your were delighted.  The yellow roses you got your Mum sound fab as well.  I love yellow.   Your day has gone just the way you wanted by all accounts.  Been a while since I was in the Range here must go check it out.  I got a call from the eye and ear tonight they gave me an earlier apt for Wednesday wow!  No complaints from me will be glad to get seen.  Have a lovely evening and sleep well and keep cool xxxx
