splashed-- rainbow dragon ty I got brave yesterday and went out and watered my plants  so they were fine today. I t was sunny all day but we only reached 19 which was nice although had to shut the fans off ans it was getting cool in here. I ham sure your mom with  venture forth in good time--when you fall it really shakes things up and because you don't want another one it makes you very cautiousand leary. Glad you managed to have a decent day but now we have to work on getting your kinks and aches taken care of, Have a good day--think maybe the heat addled Sagwa's brain or something because he was fine today and I had a new nurse and she stood at the door with it open and cat never attempted to leave. Have a good night.

oh thats a shame hun , i have a bean bag type of warmer ,sits round yur neck (think its filled with wheat or barley ) and you micro it for 30 seconds , then shake it and wrap it round yer neck ,,,,heaven ,,,hope it feels better in the morning hun , sleep wellish if you can , nite nite xxxxx

Night Michele, stayed dry but wasn’t as warm as I thought it was going to be. Quiet day till Rowan rang this afternoon to come for tea, she had the dog with her too 🙄 😂
Glad work was steady, and you got to have a word with the OT. So you still have issues with the trapped nerve, smelly tiger balm time again lol. Sleep well xxx

Night Michele enjoy your evening ,glad your day was ok, I think my friend was hoping for that to get back to school this last term , she had her op in April and is still struggling they have since told her the issue isn’t the new knee it’s the arthritis around it which isn’t new, she’s almost saying she wish she had never had it done it’s really pulled her down she cannot bend her knee  she’s had physio and is having more, everyone is different James isn’t worried as he  doesn’t have Arthritis or any other issues with his knee, dry day here part sun, enjoy your evening sleep well, x
