It has been quite the day--besides trying to get the pork all cooked and shredded we got a big surprise-- our buildings are sold and the new owner took over Dec, 18th, That may explan all the confusion and the lack of communication from anyone. We were call the twin towns but now will be known as Parkside Towers and we shall see what happens with the heating.Pork is in the frig now cooling so I will know  hows well it will set up and if I add geletain.
